That’s 20 hours of downtime to a huge market.

REBOOT THE FUCKING AUTHENTICATION SERVER ALREADY.

Granted, this is the first trouble/downtime I’ve had with Ameritech in a long time, but….

Nice to be able to check from work how my disappointment will continue at home…. Ridiculous!
